An excellent scientist capable of securing a grant for his salary through the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowships and conducting scientific research on the topic „Bioinformatic analyses of gnotobiotic swine transcriptomes.“ The fellowship is designed to support researchers with a PhD who wish to conduct research abroad, acquire new skills, and develop their careers. The selected candidate will receive support from the principal investigator of the Laboratory of Gnotobiology to prepare a competitive MSCA proposal. If successful and funded, we offer a stable environment in a top-tier laboratory and the opportunity to work with a unique gnotobiotic pig model in the field of innate and/or adaptive immunity.

Must already hold a doctoral degree.
Must not have resided or worked in the Czech Republic
for more than 12 months in the 36 months prior to recruitment.

Experience with bioinformatic analyses, RNA-Seq, microarrays, and transcriptome analyses is an advantage.
