19-20.3.2025 MzMine workshop held at Krč campus

A two-day MzMine workshop was held at the Krč campus, organized by our lab. The event commenced on March 19th with an online presentation by Zdeněk Kameník, covering the theoretical background of metabolomics, attended by around 45 individuals. The core workshop took place on March 20th, from 9:00 to 15:00 in the IMG Jágr congress room, where Joshua Smith and Tito Damiani (From IOCB) provided instruction on the open-source software MzMine. Participants engaged in practical, hands-on sessions to gain familiarity with the software’s basic functionalities within a metabolomics context.
