29-30 April 2025, CluSeek presented in Switzerland

Zdenek Kamenik was invited to the University of Fribourg by Professors Laure Weisskopf and Ola Abdelrahman. During the visit, he presented our bioinformatics tool, CluSeek, at the departmental seminar and had the opportunity to engage in scientific discussions with Laurent Falquet, manager of the bioinformatics platform, and Pierre-Marie Allard, head of the metabolomics facility. Zdenek also had fruitful conversations with several members of Laure Weisskopf’s research team about their ongoing projects.

The following day, Zdenek visited ETH Zurich, where he presented CluSeek in the group of Jörn Piel. The visit included several insightful one-on-one discussions on current research topics.
