Mzmine workshop at Krč campus

The event started on March 19th with an online presentation by Zdeněk Kameník, covering the theoretical background of metabolomics, and was attended by approfimately 45 individuals.

The core workshop took place on March 20th, Joshua Smith and Tito Damiani (from IOCB) provided instructions on the open-source software mzmine. Participants engaged in practical, hands-on sessions to gain familiarity with the software’s basic functionalities within a metabolomics context.
