13th Conference of the Czech Society for Mass Spectrometry (CSMS), 19-21 november 2025, České Budějovice

The 13th Conference of the Czech Society for Mass Spectrometry (CSMS) was a joint meeting with the 11th Informal Proteomic Meeting, held in České Budějovice from November 19–21, 2025. The conference was focused on mass spectrometry and its different applications. Our colleagues  Aninda Mazumdar and Tommaso Stefani participated in the conferences. A. Mazumadar had a poster and flash talk on “A comprehensive MS/MS Bioactive library for Improving Metabolite Annotation in Non-Targeted Metabolomics” which is based on spectral library generation using Bruker timsTOF HT and it’s application using different datasets for non targeted metabolomics.  T. Stefani gave a talk entitled “Advancing Gut Microbiome Metabolomics: A Derivatisation-Based Approach”. Congratulations to Aninda, who won second place for his flash talk!
