ABOUT
The project addresses the lack of systemic support for researchers returning to active research after a career break due to maternity/parental leave, long-term illness, or caring for a family member. The project aims to create, test, and implement a functional institutional scheme of return grants and introduce systematic support for people on career breaks. In the long term, the project will contribute to reducing the negative impact of career breaks on research careers.
