Our projects are short-term and long-term, with public support and/or completely based on a contract research. We are always ready to consult or test the feasibility of your projects.
We carry out scale-up of bioprocesses
Specifically for the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, cosmetic industries and for applications in the field of environmental protection.
Our work is based on the study of kinetics and engineering analysis of processes, including modeling and development of automated control systems for technological processes.

- measurement of pressure, air flow, stirrer rotation frequency, temperature, pH, DOT, O 2, CO 2 at the outlet
- monitoring of acid, alkali, chemical defoamer and influent consumption – control of pressure, air flow, agitator speed, temperature, pH, DOT
- fermenters are equipped with adjustable types of axial and radial agitators
- central fermenter control system performs real-time data acquisition, archiving and processing and programming of control strategies
- fermenters can operate in inlet, influent or continuous mode
