IMIC CAS supports work-life balance

We are excited to be able to support our researchers returning to scientific work after a career break. The TRySK grant will help accelerate the restart of scientific careers.

The aim is to systematically create a supportive working environment at IMIC CAS to minimize the impact of career breaks and ensure that we do not lose talented scientists after parental leave, breaks due to long-term care for a dependent person, or long-term illness.

The IMIC CAS project TRySK (Slightly faster start of the career), CZ.02.01.01/00/24_037/0013826, was successful in the OP JAK Návraty call for proposals.

On 27. Feb 2026, we announced the internal competition for return grants.
