Unlocking Biochemical Pathways Workshop – České Budějovice, May 20–22, 2025

We were excited to take part in the Unlocking Biochemical Pathways workshop, which brought together researchers to explore cutting-edge tools in prediction, heterologous expression, and metabolomics.

Our team contributed as speakers, sharing our work in two key sessions:

🔬 Cluseek – Zdenek, Ondra, and Standa presented our latest advancements in investigating biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) using Cluseek, a tool designed to streamline BGC analysis.

🧪 Metabolomics Workflow for LC-MS Data Processing – Aninda demonstrated efficient strategies and software tools to improve the processing and interpretation of metabolomics data.

These sessions showcased how integrated software tools can transform research workflows in biochemical pathway discovery.
