We primarily use these mice for testing the anti-tumor effects of polymeric chemotherapeutics or IL-2 immunocomplex-based immunotherapy
- Tissue or peripheral blood processing and subsequent analysis of immune and non-immune cell populations by flow cytometry
- Isolation of individual immune cell populations – MACS, FACS – sorting
- Adoptive transfer of purified and CFSE- or CTV-labelled various subsets of T cells into congeneic acceptors with their following stimulation and analysis via FACS
- Treg assay in vitro
- Analysis of the gene expression on mRNA level in cell cultures or tissues by Real-time PCR
- Detection of selected proteins using Western-blot or ELISA methods
- Detection of cytokine-producing cells by ELISPOT
Contractual Research and Services
Economic Contract HS 520024 (contractual research) with SOTIO Biotech a.s.
- Under this contract, the antitumor activity of the developed immunotherapeutic mSOT201 is being tested in mouse tumor models in vivo, and the study of immunotherapy based on the blockade of selected inhibitory molecules of T lymphocytes in mouse models of ovarian cancer is being conducted.
